OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REPEALING AND REENACTING SECTION 2-13 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REGARDING PLANNING & ZONING BOARD AUTHORITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Section
2-13, Planning and Zoning Board Authority, of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and it hereby is, repealed and reenacted as follows:
§2-13. Authority.
The Planning and Zoning Board shall have the authority to take
final action to approve, disapprove or approve with conditions all
planning items in accordance with the City Code and Charter, provided
that the City Council , by a majority vote of a quorum of its members,
shall have the power to review such decisions in accordance with the
provisions of Chapter 3A of this Code. The Planning and Zoning Board
shall further have the authority to hear and decide appeals from, and
review any order, or requirement, decision or determination made by an
administrative official which pertains to any planning item previously
reviewed or approved by said board.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 19th day of August, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final passage
on the 2nd day of September, A.D. 1986.
