OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 118-20(A) OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS REGARDING THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Section
118-20(A) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be amended to read as
follows:
§118-20. Zoning Board of Appeals ; duties and powers .
A. To hear and decide appeals from, and review
any order , requirement , decision or
determination made by an administrative
official charged with enforcement of the
regulations established by this chapter,
except those determinations which pertain to
matters previously reviewed or approved by the
Planning and Zoning Board.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 19th day of August, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final
passage on the 2nd day of September, A.D. 1986.
