OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR
YEAR RESERVES IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate prior year reserves at any time
such reserves are available; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to construct an Outdoor Pool Concession/
Bathhouse which will meet all health and safety code requirements and
provide chemical storage for toxic pool chlorine; and
WHEREAS, this project is funded by the 1/4 cent Five Year Capital
Sales and Use Tax and additional funds are available in this fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from prior year
reserves in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of ONE HUNDRED
SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN DOLLARS ($163,317) for the
construction of an Outdoor Pool Concession/Bathhouse.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 15th day of July, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of August, A.D. 1986.
