OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the City Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at
any time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City has been awarded a grant from the Colorado Division
of Criminal Justice under the "Communities for a Drug Free Colorado"
program in the amount of $40,903; and
WHEREAS, the required matching funds to provide in-kind services have
been appropriated in the 1989 adopted budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
General Fund the sum of FORTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND THREE DOLLARS
($40,903) to the Police Services' Criminal Investigations Program as
additional support for the Narcotics Investigation program.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 21st day of March, A.D. 1989, and to be presented for final
passage on the 4th day of April , A.D. 1989.
