OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ANNEXING PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
FORT COLLINS-LOVELAND WATER DISTRICT PUMP
STATION ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Resolution 89-19, finding substantial compliance and
initiating annexation proceedings, has heretofore been adopted by the
Council of the City of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has found and
determined and does hereby find and determine that it is in the best
interests of the City of Fort Collins to annex said area to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the following described property, to wit:
A tract of land located in the Southeast quarter of Section 17,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County,
Colorado, which considering the east line of the said southeast
quarter of Section 17 as bearing N 00°16'51" E and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within
the boundary lines which begin at the southeast corner of said
Section 17, the true point beginning, and runs thence S 85015'48"
W 30. 12 feet along the south line of said Section 17; thence
N 00016'51" E 1987.93 feet along the west ROW line of Overland
Trail ; thence S 85006'46"W 120.08 feet; thence N 00°16'51" E
50.00 feet; thence N 85°06'46" E 120.08 feet; thence N 00°16'51"
E 186. 10 feet; thence N 85006146" E 30.12 feet to a point on the
east line of said Section 17; thence S 00016'51" W 2224. 11 feet
to the point of beginning. Containing 1 .6690 acres.
be, and hereby is, annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a part of
said City, to be known as the Fort Collins-Loveland Water District Pump
Station Annexation.
Section 2. That, in annexing said property to the City of Fort
Collins, the City of Fort Collins does not assume any obligation respecting
the construction of water mains, sewer lines, gas mains, electric service
lines, streets or any other services or utilities in connection with the
property hereby annexed except as may be provided by the ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. That the City of Fort Collins hereby consents, pursuant to
Section 37-45-136(3.6) , C.R.S. , to the inclusion of said property into the
Municipal Subdistrict, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 21st day of March, A.D. 1989, and to be presented for final
passage on the 4th day of April , A.D. 1989.
