OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City will receive funds from Larimer County per the
Intergovernmental agreement signed on January 29, 1985; and
WHEREAS , these funds will be used to pay one half of the
re-construction costs of Timberline Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
Capital Projects Fund the sum of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($375,000) for expenditure in the Capital Projects Fund for the
County's share of the re-construction costs of Timberline Road.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 6th day of August, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day of August , A.D. 1985.
