OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
COMMUNICATIONS FUND
WHEREAS , Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City has received $7,200 in unanticipated revenue from
MiniSoft Corporation; and
WHEREAS, such revenue needs to be appropriated to replace funds used
to purchase a word processing software package.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated the sum of SEVEN THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($7,200) in the Communications Fund for the replacement of
funds used to purchase a word processing software package.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 2nd day of July, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final
passage on the 16th day of July, A.D. 1985.
