OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING TWO UTILITY EASEMENTS AT PROSPECT INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate two utility easements at Prospect Industrial Park, set forth in
more particular below; and
WHEREAS, this vacation is to accommodate the construction of two
buildings, each of which will cover two lots; and
WHEREAS, all utilities have been contacted and indicate no problems
with this request; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by this vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that those certain utility easements located in Prospect Industrial
Park, set forth more particularly as follows, to wit:
EASEMENT No. 1
A 15.00 foot wide utility easement situate in Lots 4
and 5, Prospect Industrial Park, Fort Collins , Larimer
County, Colorado lying 7.50 feet on either side of the
line common to said Lots 4 and 5 and which begins at a
point on the said Lot lines which bears S 47°59'30" W
6.09 feet from the most Easterly corner of said Lot 4
and run thence S 47°59 ' 30" W 228.91 feet.
EASEMENT No. 2
A 15.00 foot wide utility easement situate in Lots 8
and 9, Prospect Industrial Park, Fort Collins, Larimer
County, Colorado lying 7.50 feet on either side of the
line common to said Lots 8 and 9 and which begins at
the most Southerly corner of said Lot 8 and run thence
N 47059' 30" E 266.97 feet.
be, and the same hereby are, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 18th day of June, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final
passage on the 2nd day of July, A.D. 1985.
