OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
STREET OVERSIZING FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received ; and
WHEREAS, the Street Oversizing Fund has received $59,923 from Melody
Homes, which is the estimated cost of construction for the portion of
Shields Street adjacent to their property and fulfills their obligation
under the WagonWheel subdivision agreement dated August 1, 1979: and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to use these funds to construct improvements
to Shields Street adjacent to the WagonWheel subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
Street Oversizing Fund the sum of FIFTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY
THREE DOLLARS ($59,923) for expenditure in the Street Oversizing Fund to
construct improvements to Shields Street adjacent to the WagonWheel —
subdivision.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 4th day of June, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final
passage on the 18th day of June, A.D. 1985.
