OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
FAUS GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City has received notification that it will be receiving
$150,000 in FAUS Grant funds through the Colorado Department of Highways,
and has entered into a contract with the Colorado Department of Highways
relating to this grant; and
WHEREAS, the funds have been dedicated to a street pavement marking
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the FAUS Grant Fund the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($150,000) for a street pavement marking project.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 21st day of May, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final
passage on the 4th day of June, A.D. 1985.
