OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes City Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one
project to another project ; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to construct approximately one-half mile of
20-inch water main alony South Lemay Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the additional funds needed of $50,000 are available in the
Water Treatment Plant #2 Improvements capital projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer of existing appropriations be
authorized:
FROM: Water Treatment Plant #2 Improvements $50,000
TO: South Lemay Avenue Water Line $50,000
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 21st day of May, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final
passage on the 4th day of June, A.D. 1985.
