HomeMy WebLinkAbout005 - 02/05/1985 - APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE CONSERVATION TRUST FUND ORDINANCE NO. 5 , 1985 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE CONSERVATION TRUST FUND WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins authorizes City Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the year in which such revenue is received; and WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has contracted with the firm of Bowes and Company of Denver to develop a preliminary appraisal of pro- perties in the Fort Collins/Loveland Corridor for a cost not to exceed $15,000; and WHEREAS, the City of Loveland and Larimer County have each signed agreements that they will pay to Fort Collins $5,000 or one-third of the appraisal cost on or before January 15, 1985; and WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has $5,000 already appropriated in the Conservation Trust Fund for expenditures on the Fort Collins/Loveland Corridor. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the Conservation Trust Fund the sum of an additional TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000) for expenditure in the Conservation Trust Fund for the preliminary appraisal of properties in the Fort Collins/Loveland Corridor, making the total appropriation for this appraisal FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000) .
