OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR RESERVES IN THE
TRANSPORTATION FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate reserves accumulated in prior
years at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Fund has prior year reserves available to
appropriate; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to provide for the purchase of an Asphalt
Machine, purchase of Tandem Truck, Building B renovation, Railroad Grade
Crossing protection, Snow removal , and Rental of a Street Sweeper.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from prior year reserves in the
Transportation Fund the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED
EIGHTY-ONE DOLLARS ($219,681 ) for the purposes described above.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of April , A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of May, A.D. 1985.
