OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY-UF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE HULL PLACE ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Hull Place Annexation to
the City of Fort Collins , Colorado, in the R-P, Planned Residential Dis-
trict:
The Hull Place Annexation is described as follows:
Lot 8 and Part of Hull Street of Subdivision of a Part of the
West 112 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 7 North ,
Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, being
more particularly described as follows: Considering the North
line of the said Northwest 1/4 as bearing S 89°31' E and with
all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained
within the boundary lines which begin at the point of intersec-
tion of the North right-of-way line of Hull Street and the East
line of the West 1/2 of the said Northwest 1/4 which bears S
89°31' E 1315.35 feet, and again S 00004' E 1142.70 feet from the
Northwest Corner of said Section 27 and run thence along the
said East line, S 00°04' E 1101.30 feet ; thence N 89°31'W 322.50
feet ; thence N 00004' W 1101.30 feet, to the North line of Hull
Street ; thence along said North line, S 89°31' E 322.50 feet to
the point of beginning containing 8. 153 acres more or less .
Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon the entire above described property being developed as a planned unit
development in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins .
Section 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of March A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final
passage on the 2nd day of April A.D. 1985.
