HomeMy WebLinkAbout138 - 11/19/1985 - ZONING CENTER FOR ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY REZONING ORDINANCE NO. 138, 1985 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING, THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE CENTER FOR ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by changing the zoning classification for four parcels in the Center for Advanced Technology set forth in more particular below as follows: Parcel A from the "T," Transition Zoning District and the "R-L," Low Density Residential Zoning District to the "B-P," Planned Business Zoning District; Parcels B, 0 and F from "T," Transition Zoning District to "I-P," Industrial Park Zoning District; which parcels are described more particularly as follows , to wit: DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED BUSINESS DISTRICT (BP) PARCEL A A tract of land located in the SWI /4 of Section 23, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , City of Fort Collins , County of Larimer, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Considering the west line of said SWI/4 of Section 23 as bearing NOO° 15'22"E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto. Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 23; thence along the said west line of the said SWI/4 of Section 23, N00015122"E, 50.00 feet; thence S89°25'46"E, 50.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. That the rezoning granted herein is expressly conditioned upon all the above described parcels beiny developed as planned unit developments in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins.
