OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION
WHEREAS,the Human Relations Commission has a vacancy due to the resignation of
Fabiola Pascual Luna;and
WHEREAS,Councilmembers interviewed candidates for these appointments on May 1,
2023;and
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to make an appointment to fill this vacancy on the
Human Relations Commission.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1.That the City Council hereby makes and adopts the determinations and
findings contained in the recitals set forth above.
Section 2.That the following named person is hereby appointed to fill the open
vacancy on the Human Relations Commission with a term to begin and expire as noted below next
to the appointee’s name:
Human Relations Commission

Kevin Goff (Seat C)September 6,2023 December 31,2026
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins this 5th
day of September,2023.
