OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE PARKING ADVISORY BOARD OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Parking Advisory Board due to the several
resignations; and
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to make an appointment to fill one of these vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby makes and adopts the determinations and
findings contained in the recitals set forth above.
Section 2. That the following named person is hereby appointed to fill a current
vacancy on the Parking Advisory Board, with a term to begin upon adoption and to expire as set
forth below:

Steve Ackerman December 31, 2023
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council f the City of Fort Collins this 2nd
day of November, A.D. 2021.
