OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Planning and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Council interviewed candidates for this appointment at a public meeting
on Wednesday, October 6; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make an appointment to fill this vacancy on the
Planning and Zoning Commission.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby makes and adopts the determinations and
findings contained in the recitals set forth above.
Section 2. That the following named person is hereby appointed to fill the vacancy on
the Planning and Zoning Commission with a term to begin immediately and to expire on December
31, 2023:
Planning and Zoning Commission Expiration of Term
Adam Sass December 31, 2023
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins this
19th day of October, A.D. 2021.
