OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE
HOUSING CATALYST BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Housing Catalyst Board of Directors due to
expiration of the term of Nicole Staudinger, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make an appointment to fill the vacancy which
exists on the Housing Catalyst Board.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby makes and adopts the determinations and
findings contained in the recitals set forth above.
Section 2. That the following named person is hereby appointed to fill the current
vacancy on the Housing Catalyst Board, with a term to begin immediately and to expire as set
forth below:
Housing Catalyst Expiration of Term
Lizette Mill December 31, 2024
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins this 20th
day of April, A.D. 202I.
