OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH THE UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY FOR
A PARR SITE WITHIN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
FOR AN ADDITIONAL FIVE YEAR PERIOD.
WHEREAS, on July 1, 1973, the City of Fort Collins did enter
into a lease agreement with the Union Pacific Railroad Company
for the lease of a park site within the City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, said lease agreement has expired by its own terms, and
WHEREAS, all parties to the original agreement are in favor
of an extension of the agreement for an additional five (5) year
term
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS that the City be, and it hereby is, authorized and
directed to enter into an extension agreement with the Union Pacific
Railroad Company for the five (5) year extension of the lease of
a park site located at Jefferson Street Parkway
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Fort Collins held this 18th day of ly , A D 1978
