OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
NOMINATING GERRY HORAK FOR THE POSITION OF
CHAIRPERSON OF LARIMER-WELD REGIONAL COUNCIL
OF GOVERNMENTS FOR 1983
WHEREAS , the City of Fort Collins is a member government of the
Larimer-Weld Regional Council of Governments, and
WHEREAS, the Larimer-Weld Regional Council of Governments nominating
committee is soliciting written nominations for the position of chairperson
for the Larimer-Weld Council of Governments for the 1983 calendar year,
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins wishes to formally
nominate Gerry Horak for the position of chairperson of the Larimer-Weld
Regional Council of Governments for the 1983 calendar year
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Council hereby nominates Gerry Horak for the office
of chairperson of the Larimer-Weld Regional Council of Governments for the
1983 calendar year
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes and
directs the City Manager's Office to submit a copy of this resolution to
the Larimer-Weld Regional Council of Governments for their use in selecting
a nominee to fill said position
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
4th day of January , A D 1983
