RESOLUTION 83-54
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY FOR THE FUNDING OF THE DOWNTOWN
TRAFFIC AND CIRCULATION STUDY
WHEREAS, the City has Planning Funds available from the Colorado
Department of Highways to conduct a Downtown Traffic and Circulation System
Plan, and
WHEREAS, the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) deems it necessary
to develop a Downtown Traffic and Circulation System Plan, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the DDA has approved expending
Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000 00) for consultant services for a Down-
town Traffic and Circulation System Plan
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager is hereby authorized to, on behalf of the
City, enter into an agreement with the DDA to participate in the funding of
the Downtown Traffic and Circulation Study
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 15th day of March, 1983
