RESOLUTION 83-55
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF A DOWNTOWN
TRAFFIC AND CIRCULATION STUDY
WHEREAS, the City has determined a need to develop a Traffic and
Circulation Plan for the Downtown area, and
WHEREAS, the Traffic and Circulation Plan is needed in the near future
to adequately plan for downtown growth and development
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter
into an agreement Kith Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade and Douglass, a Trans-
portation Engineering firm of Denver, Colorado, for the purpose of pro-
viding the City of Fort Collins a Downtown Traffic and Circulation Study as
detailed in Appendix A of the Professional Services Agreement for said
services, the City is authorized to pay the sum of Thirty-Five Thousand
Dollars ($35,000)
Passed and adoped at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
15th day of March A D 1983
