AGREEf ENT WITH LARDER LOUfJTY TO LEASE THE
hAINTENANCE FACILITY LOCATED IN THE YAFD
OF THE FOPT COLLINS LIGhT & POWER bUILDING
1,HEREAS, at the present time Larimer County is engaoed in an effort to
provide additional facilities for the hOUSln4 and incarceration of all
prisoners in the County, and
WhEREAS, Larimer County presently utilizes a basement garage at the
Lariner Corm ty Jd1l for the storage of emergency vehicles, ana
WHEREAS, Larger CoL'nty desires to provide an alternative storage
location for said emergency vehicles, allowing said space to be utilized
for the housing ana incarceration of all prisoners in the County, and
WHEREAS, the city of Fort Collins is the owner of a maintenance
facility in the yard of the Fort Collins Licht and Por,er building at 400
North College in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ThE COU,vCIL OF THE CITY OF FOIJ
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed
to enter into a lease agreement with the County of Larimer to lease the
maintenance facility located in the yard of the Fort Collins Light and
Power L,, i 'd ng at 400 f -) h College
