RESOLUTION
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING A
RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE 5TH DAY
OF JUNE, 19699 PERTAINING TO STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO 62 AND CHANGING THE DATE OF THE HEARING WHEN THE CITY
COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER THE ORDERING BY ORDINANCE OF THE
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS IN SAID IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, heretofore on June 5, 1969, the City Council adopted
a resolution establishing, among other things, the date when the Council
of the City of Fort Collins would consider ordering by Ordinance the
proposed improvements in Street Improvement District No 62, and hear
all complaints and objections that might be filed in writing, concerning
the proposed improvements by the owners of real estate to be assessed
or by persons interested, and
WHEREAS, the notices of said hearing were not mailed within the
time required by the ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, and it is,
therefore, necessary that the date for the hearing be changed
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, that the resolution adopted by the City Council on the 5th
day of June, 1969, described above, be and the same hereby is amended by

changing the date for the hearing on the Ordinance to Thursday the kh
day of August, 1969, and
The City Clerk be and he hereby is directed to give notice by
publication and mailing to the owners of all property to be assessed and
all interested persons generally, all as set forth in Section 15-57 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as
amended
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this 3rd day of July, A D 1969

IMPROVEMENT PROPOSED, THE NUMBER OF INSTALLMENTS AND THE TIME
WITHIN WHICH THE COSi OF SUCH IMPROVEMENT DILL BE PAYABLE, THE
RATE OF INTEREST TO BE PAID ON UNPAID INSTALLMENTS, THE EXTENT
OF THE DISTRICT TO BE IMPROVED, THE PROBABLE COST AND MAXIMUM
COST PER ABUTTING FOOT, THE TIME WHEN THE CITY COUNCIL WILL
CONSIDER ORDERING BY ORDINANCE THE PROPOSED INPROVEfTENT AND
HEAR COiPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS AND THAT A MAP OF THE DISTRICT
AND DETAILS CONCERNING THE SAME ARE ON FILE AND CAN BE SEEN AT
THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE
Public notice is hereby given to persons interested and to the owners
of property to be assessed in Street Improvement District No 62
That the kind of improvement proposed for said district is the improvement
of streets and alley ilithin the district by the installation of curb, gutter and
street pavement, and
That the cost of said improvements as assessed will be payable in ten
equal annual installments, and
That the rate of interest to be paid on unpaid and deferred installments
will be six per cent per annum, and
That the extent of the district to be improved is as follol,s
North Grant Street betlieen Plaple Street and Cherry Street
Sycamore Street between Vood Street and Grant Street
Elm Street betieen Shields Street and hest Street
That portion of Stuart Street betijeen Stover Street and
Cheyenne Drive not previously imo( oved by the City Frith
curb, gutter and oavement
Riverside Alenue bet%,een Endicott Street and Myrtle Street, and
Alley in Block 6, Craft's Resubdivision of Lake Park Addition
to the Ci i:N, of Fort Collins, and
That tie oiojnble total cost for said district, exclusive of the cost
of collection, legal and adverLising, engineering, financing , interest, and
other incidentals as sholin by the total estimate of the City Engineer is

That assessments for the cost of improving such streets and alley
will be made upon all the lots and lands abutting each street and alley in
proportion as the frontage of each lot or tract of land on the particular
street or alley is to the frontage of all lots and lands on said particular
street or alley so improved all as provided in Section 15-63A and 15-64 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins , Colorado, 1958, as
amended, and
That the maximum cost per abutting foot on the streets and alley
to be improved is as follows

o'clock in the afternoon in the Council Chambers in the City Nall , City of Fort
Collins , Colorado, the City Council will consider the ordering by ordinance of
the proposed improvements and will hear all cornolaints and objections that may
be made and filed in writing by the o m er of any real estate to be assessed or
any persons interested generally No complaints or objections will be considered
unless the same are in writing and filed at the Office of the City Cleik in said
City before said date, and

That a map of the district, estimate of costs and schedule showing
approximate amount per abutting foot to be assessed upon the several lots
or parcels of land witnin the district and all proceedings of the City Council
in the premises are on file and can be seen and examined in the City Clerk's
