OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Community Development Block Grant
Commission due to the resignation of Phil Majerus; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Land Conservation and Stewardship Board
due to the resignation of Ray Boyd; and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Youth Advisory Board due to the resignation
of Vivian Acott; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Zoning Board of Appeals due to the
resignation of David Shands; and
WHEREAS; the City Council desires to make appointments to fill these vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons are hereby appointed to fill current vacancies on the
boards and commissions hereinafter indicated,with terms to begin immediately and to expire as set
forth after each name:
Community Development Block Grant Commission Expiration of Term
Vickie Traxler December 31, 2010
Land Conservation and Stewardship Board Expiration of Term
Paul Mills December 31, 2012
Youth Advisory Board Expiration of Term
Brieette Bleicher December 31, 2011
Zoning Board of Appeals Expiration of Term
Peter Bohling December 31, 2012
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Cou of the City of Fort Collin his 21 st
day of July A.D. 2009.
