OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE FORT COLLINS
LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Liquor Licensing Authority
because of the resignation of Sheila Hendrick as a member of such
Authority, and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the matter of appointing
a person to fill the vacancy on the Liquor Licensing Authority because
of such resignation and now desires to make an appointment to fill such
vacancy
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that James L MacNair be, and he hereby is, appointed as a
member of the Fort Collins Liquor Licensing Authority to fill the vacancy
on said Authority created by the resignation of Sheila Hendrick with a
term to expire on July 1, 1977
