RESOLUTION
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS GIVING PUB-
LIC NOTICE CONCERNING A PROPOSED ORDINANCE CHANGING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND AMENDING
CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO 1958, AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS a written petition has been presented to the City Council
requesting that the property more particularly described in the Notice of
Public Hearing attached hereto be placed in the R-P Planned Residential
Zoning District and
WHEREAS the Planning and Zoning Board has made a study concerning
such requests , and has held a hearing and made a report and recommendations
thereon in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of The
City of Fort Collins and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to hold a public hearing on such
request
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that January 6 1972 at 1 30 P M or as soon thereafter as the mat-
ter may come on for hearing in the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the
City of Fort Collins is hereby set as the time and place for a public hearing
on such zoning request and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
publish notice of said hearing as provided in the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Fort Collins in the form attached hereto
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 16th day of December A D 1971

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
A public hearing will be held on January 6 1972 at 1 30 P M
or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing in the Council
Chambers City Hall Fort Collins, Colorado on a proposed ordinance placing
the following described property situate in the County of Larimer State of
Colorado to-wit
A tract of land situate within the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4
of Section 22 Township 7 North Range 69 West of the
6th P M which considering the north line of the NE
1/4 of said Section 22 as bearing due west and with
all bearings contained herein relative thereto begins
at the Northeast corner of said Section 22 and runs
thence West 1670 79 feet along the north line of the
NE 1/4 of said Section 22 thence S 00*47 10 East
663 43 feet thence E 11 41 feet thence S 00°47 10
East 630 44 feet to a point on the south line of the
N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 22 thence N 89°
52 50 East 1658 12 feet to the Southeast corner of the
N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 22 thence N 00*44
West 1323 35 feet along the east line of the N 1/2 of
the NE 1/4 of said Section 22 to the point of beginning
in the R-P, Planned Residential Zoning District
