RESOLUTION 78-65
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING A POLICY ADOPTED BY THE WATER AND
SEWER UTILITY
WHEREAS, Section 112-29 and 112-68 of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the Director of Water and Sewer Utilities to promul-
gate rules, regulations, policies and procedures for the administration of
the utilities, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Water and Sewer Utilities has promulgated a
policy pertaining to connections to the water and sewer utility for multiple
living units, and
WHEREAS, the City ordinances require that such policy be approved by
the City Council before becoming effective, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered such policy and desires to
approve the same
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the policy for the Water and Sewer Utility promulgated by the
director of the Utility concerning service to multiple living structures
being the same hereby is approved, and the same shall be effective as of
this date -
Passed and adopted at the regular meeting of the City Council held
this Sth day of September, A D 1978
