OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
DETERMINING MEMBERSHIP TO THE
DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, on April 21 , 1981 , the Council of the City of Fort Collins
by passing Ordinance No 46 of 1981 , established the Downtown Development
Authority, and vested said Authority with certain duties and powers,
and
WHEREAS , the City Council has heretofore appointed the maximum
permissible number of members to the Downtown Development Authority Board
pursuant to §31-25-805 C R S 1973 , as amended and
WHEREAS, the terms of two meibbers of the Downtown Development Author-
ity Board are set to expire June 30, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins wishes to change the
number of persons appointed to serve as members of the Downtown Development
Authority Board from eleven to nine
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that effective June 30, 1982 , those positions now occupied by Karl
Carson and Robert Everitt on the Downtown Development Authority Board be,
and the same hereby are, abolished
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that effective June 30, 1982 , the Downtown
Development Authority Board shall be comprised of nine members
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
