OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPOINTING DONALD J WEINLAND AND
JOHN E KOCHENBURGER ASSISTANT
MUNICIPAL JUDGES
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined it is
necessary to provide two (2) Assistant Municipal Judges during 1981, and
WHEREAS, John E Kochenburger has, on occasion, served as Municipal
Judge in the absence of Municipal Judge John Tobin, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins desires John Kochen-
burger to continue in the capacity of Assistant Municipal Judge through
December 31, 1981, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins desires Donald E
Weinland be named Assistant Municipal Judge
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, that Donald J Weinland be, and he hereby is, appointed Assistant
Municipal Judge to serve for a term of one (1) year effective January 1,
1981
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that John E Kochenburger be, and he hereby is,
appointed Assistant Municipal Judge to serve through December 31, 1981
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Municipal Judge John Tobin, be, and he
hereby is, authorized to designate either Assistant Municipal Judge to
serve in his absence as Municipal Judge
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
6th day of January, A D 1981
