OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FUPT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTEP INTO AN AGPEEMENT
WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, COLORADO
WATER CONSERVATION BOARD, STATE OF COLORADO, FOP THE
PURPOSE OF CONTRIBUTING FUNDS FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR
A FLOOD CONTROL AND FLOOD PLAIN MANACEf1ENT PLAN FOR SPRING CREEK
WHEPEAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has felt it desirable
to contract with Gingery Associates, Incorporated, to perform engineering
analysis required for a flood plain and drainage study for the Sring Creel<
Basin, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Natural Resources, Colorado Water Conserva-
tion Board, of the State of Colorado, has agreed to contribute the sum of
Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars ($22,000 00) towaids said study
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he fereby is, authorized and directed
to enter into an agreement with the Department of Natural Resources ,
Coloi ado Water Conservation Board, State of Coloi ado, under the terms of
which said Board would contribute the sum of Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars
($22,000 00) for the corpletion of flood plain and drainage studies for the
Spring Creek Drainage Basin
