OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY-U— ORT COLLINS
INITIATING ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS FOR THE
HORSETOOTH-HARMONY WEST ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, heretofore a written petition, together with four prints of
an annexation map, was filed with the City Clerk requesting the annexation
of certain property more particularly described as situate in the County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit
The South 1/2 of the Section 34 of the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 34, EXCEPT the Northeast 1/4 of the said
Northeast 1/4, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the
Sixth P M , Larimer County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to initiate annexation proceedings
in accordance with law
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That the City Council hereby finds and determines that
the annexation petition and accompanying map are in substantial compliance
with Section 31-12-107, Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, as amended
Section 2 That May 20, 1980, at the hour of 7 30 P M , or as soon
thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing, in the Council Chambers
of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby set as the date, time and place
where the City Council will hold a hearing to determine if the proposed
annexation complies with the provisions of Sections 31-12-104 and 105,
Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, as amended, or such parts thereof as may
be required
Passed and adopted at a reqular a inq of the City Council held
this 1st day of April , A D 1980
