OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
SETTING FORTH FINDINGS OF FACTS AND CONCLUSIONS
REGARDING THE HORSETOOTH-HARMONY WEST ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, annexation proceedings were heretofore initiated for lands to
be known as the Horsetooth-Harmony West Annexation, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution after Notice given as required by law,
the City Council has held a Hearing on said Annexation
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That the City Council hereby finds that not less than
one-sixth (1/6) of the perimeter of the area to be annexed is contiguous
with the City of Fort Collins
Section 2 The City Council further finds and determines that the
proposed annexation complies with the provisions of Section 31-12-105,
C R S 1973, as amended
Section 3 That the City Council concludes that the territory em-
braced in the Horsetooth-Harmony West Annexation is eligible for annexa-
tion to the City of Fort Collins and should be so annexed
Passed and adopted at a regular meetin of the City Council held
this 20th day of May A 80
