RESOLUTION 80-162
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
DESIGNATING A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE CITY
TO SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
PLATTE RIVER POWER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Fort Collins is a Director of the
Board of the Platte River Power Authority, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed another member of the Council to such
Board as the Mayor' s designated representative, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council desire to re-appoint Stanley
R Case to the Board of Directors of the Platte River Power Authority to
serve as the City' s representative, in addition to the Mayor's represent-
ative
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Stanley R Case be, and he hereby is, designated to serve on
the Board of Directors of the Platte River Power Authority as the City's
representative for a four year term
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
16th day of December, A D 1980

DESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
OF PLATTE RIVER POWER AUTHORITY
I , Nancy P Gray, hereby certify that I am the duly elected and
qualified Mayor of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado ("Fort Collins") and
that the City Council of Fort Collins has appointed Stanley R Case to
serve as the Appointed Director from Fort Collins on the Board of Directors
of Platte River Power Authority ("Platte River") , which appointment is in
full force and effect on the date hereof *
I do further certify that as Mayor of Fort Collins, I have elected not
to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Platte River and have
designated Earl Wilkinson** to serve as the Director of Platte River from
Fort Collins who is also a member of the Fort Collins City Council
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have executed this Designation of Directors this
