OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
THE URBAN MASS TRANSPORTATION GRANT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has received notification of a
Section 8 Grant Amendment approval from the Urban Mass Transportation
Administration for a grant amendment totaling $40,748, and
WHEREAS, said grant approval has been designated by the Urban Mass
Transportation Administration as Project No CO-09-0043 Amendment #1 , and
contains an obligation date of August 27, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that
it is in the best interest of the City that said grant agreement be exe-
cuted by the City Manager and witnessed by the City Clerk
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and hereby is, authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of Fort Collins, the Urban Mass Transportation Admini-
stration Grant Agreement for Project No CO-09-0043 Amendment #1 , which
execution shall be witnessed and attested by the City Clerk
Passed and adopted at a reqular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 19th day of October 1982
