OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO
THE COMMISSION ON DISABILITY AND
THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Commission on Disability due to the
resignation of Kimberly Imig; and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Downtown Development Authority due to the
resignation of Ryan Keiffer; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make appointments to fill these vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons are hereby appointed to fill current vacancies on the
boards and commissions hereinafter indicated, with terms to begin immediately and to expire as set
forth after each name:
Commission on Disability Expiration of Term
Carrie Sue Rogers December 31, 2011
Downtown Development Authority Expiration of Term
Janet Bramhall December 31, 2011
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council this 7th day of July, A.D.
