OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING RESOLUTION 91-99, SECTION 2, ITEM V
RELATING TO A CITIZEN INVOLVEMENT
PROCESS FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, on July 2, 1991, the City Council adopted certain Council Goals,
together with a Work Policy Agenda for the period ending April 13, 1993; and
WHEREAS, one of the Council Work Plan items is to provide support for a
citizen involvement effort to test the community appetite for a Capital
Improvement Program related to quality of life improvements; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to clarify the extent to which this Work Plan item
should be pursued and specify the appropriate manner for doing so.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that:
Section 2, Item V, of Resolution 91-99 is hereby amended so as to
read as follows:
Actively participate in the leadership of community-
based strategic planning efforts and assist such groups,
including Challenge Fort Collins, in the development of
a plan for various projects, programs and initiatives,
together with a timetable for implementation and
proposed funding methods.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins held this 7th day of July, A.D. 1992.
