REVISING THE 1985 CEMETERY FEES AND CHARGES TO ADD
A MEMORIAL FOUNDATION SETTING FEE
WHEREAS, on October 2, 1984, the City Council passed Resolution 84-149
adopting Cemetery Fees and Charges for 1985; and
WHEREAS, on October 16, 1984, City Council passed Resolution 84-161
adopting Rules and Regulations for the Operation of Municipal Cemeteries;
and
WHEREAS, said Rules and Regulations allow retail monument dealers to
construct memorial foundations if they so desire; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and appropriate to charge an administrative
fee relating to the setting of memorial foundations in order to cover the
cost to the City of completing the paperwork, locating grave sites, and
inspecting the final product.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following shall be added to the Cemetery Fees and Charges
for 1985:
Memorial Foundation Setting Fee $45.00
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
2nd day of April , A.D. 1985.
