OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
INCREASING PARKING LOT FEES
WHEREAS, five years ago the City of Fort Collins implemented monthly
parking lot fees for City-owned surface parking lots; and
WHEREAS, the monthly fees for these lots have not been
increased in five years; and
WHEREAS, an increase from Eight Dollars ($8. ) per month to Ten
Dollars ($10. ) per month will generate an additional Six Thousand
Dollars ($6,000.) of revenue in the Parking Fund and will bring
these fees in line with tnose charged by other cities; and
WHEREAS, this increase will not affect the Jefferson Street Lot where
present fees are Fifteen Dollars ($15. ) per month.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the monthly parking lot fees for City-owned surface
parking lots with the exception of the Jefferson Street lot be, and they
hereby are, increased from Eight Dollars ($8. ) per month to Ten Dollars
($10.) per month.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 1st day of October, A.D. 1985.
