OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS , COLORADO
RELATING TO THE INTENT TO ISSUE QUALIFIED MORTGAGE BONDS BY
DECEMBER 31 , 1985 .
WHEREAS , on June 18 , 1985 the City of Fort Collins , Colorado
( the "City" ) adopted Bond Ordinance No. 69 , 1985 authorizing the
issuance of SCORE Loan Revenue Bonds, Series 1985A, of the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado in a principal amount not to exceed
$3 ,000 ,000 .00 ( the "Bonds" ) ;
WHEREAS , under Bond Ordinance No. 69 , 1985 some of the Bonds
may be issued from October 1 , 1985 to December 31 , 1985 ;
WHEREAS , pursuant to C. R. S. §29-4-801 et. seq. the City must
obtain a separate state allocation in order to issue some of
these Bonds during that period;
WHEREAS , the City must officially indicate its intent to
issue such Bonds in order to obtain the state allocation .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS , COLORADO:
1 . Pursuant to Bond Ordinance No. 69 , 1985 of the City, the
City affirms its intent to issue qualified mortgage bonds during
the period from October 1 , 1985 to December 31 , 1985 .
2 . The City hereby directs the State Director of Housing of
the Division of Housing in the Department of Local Affairs of the
State of Colorado to include its name in the pool for
reallocation pursuant to C. R. S. §29-4-805 .
Introduced , considered favorably, passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins ,
Colorado, held this 3rd day of September, 1985 .
