OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH TOPEKA SAVINGS,
A FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION,
FOR OFFICE SPACE
WHEREAS, the City desires to lease office space located at 281 North
College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, for purposes of maintaining the
City Offices; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins does hereby determine
that it is in the best interest of the City that said offices be leased
from Topeka Savings, a Federal Savings and Loan Association, for an
original term and four renewal terms upon such other terms and conditions
as can be mutually agreed upon and are in the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Fort Collins.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed
to execute a lease agreement on behalf of the City of Fort Collins, with
Topeka Savings, a Federal Savings and Loan Association, for the leasing of
space located at 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, for an
original term and four renewal terms and at upon such terms and conditions
as are in the best interests of the City.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 2nd day of February, A.D. 1988.
