OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RE-NAMING TRADITION COURT TO WINTER COURT
IN FOUR SEASONS P.U.D. FIFTH FILING
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to rename Tradition Court located in Four Seasons P.U.D. , Fifth Filing; and
WHEREAS, the existing name is platted and recorded both with the City
Clerk and the Clerk and Recorder of Larimer County; and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Brown Farm Joint Venture, has duly followed
the City procedure for street name changes as provided in the City of Fort
Collins Development Manual ; and
WHEREAS, City agencies and Utility companies have been contacted and
report no problems with the proposed name change; and
WHEREAS, there will be no cost to the City in making the proposed
street name change to Winter Court; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by the renaming of the street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the present name of Tradition Court, which is located in the
Planned Unit Development known as Four Seasons Fifth Filing, be changed to
Winter Court.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 7th day of July, A.D. 1987.
