OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE WATER BOARD
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Water Board .due to the
resignation of Jimmy S. O'Brien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons be, and hereby are, appointed as
members of the Water Board, with terms to expire as set forth after their
names:

Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
