OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Zoning Board of Appeals due to
the creation of two additional regular positions on the Board; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy also exists due to the resigation of Jane Thede; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to fill said vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the following named persons be, and they hereby are, appointed as members
of the Zoning Board of Appeals with terms to expire as set forth after each
name:
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Name Expiration of Term
(to be filled at a later date) July 1, 1991
Robert Gustafson July 1, 1993
David Anastasio July 1, 1994
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 18th
day of December, A.D. 1990.
