OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT COMMISSION
WHEREAS, on September 4, 1990, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 98,
1990 creating a Community Development Block Grant Commission (the "Commission") ;
and
WHEREAS, the Commission shall serve as an advisory body to the City Council
and shall provide recommendations to the Council concerning the expenditure of
Community Development Block Grant funds received from the Department of Housing
and Urban Development; and
WHEREAS, applications have been solicited and are still being accepted for
the Commission; and
WHEREAS, Councilmembers Kirkpatrick and Maxey have conducted interviews
for those applications received as of mid-January, 1991 ; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to make partial appointments at this time so
that the Commission may begin its work for fiscal year 1991 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the following named persons be, and they hereby are, appointed as members
of the Community Development Block Grant Commission, with terms to expire as
set forth after each name:
