RELATING TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1920 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1920,
AND FIXING THE MILL LEVIES FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That there be and is hereby appro-
priated out of the revenues of the City of Fort Collins for
the fiscal year beginning January 1st , 1920 ana ending
December 31st , 1920, the sum of One Hundred Sixty-six Thous-
and Seventy-five Dollars ($166,075 oo) , to be raised by
taxation and otherwise, which said sum is hereby divided and
appropriated for the following purposes, tovvit
For Fire Department $ 7,500 oo
For General Government 18,000 oo
For Grandview Cemetery 4,000 oo
For City Library 4 400 oo
For Lights 102500 oo
For Washington and Lincoln Parks 1 ,500 00
For City Park hal 6 600 oo
For Park Bond Interest a s�,g 1,000 oo
For Park Bond Sinking Fungi 2,000 00
For Street Intersections, paving district 2,100 oo
For Permanent Streets 6,000 oo
For Streets and Alleys 10,000 oo
For Perpetual Care and Maintenance,
Grandview Cemetery 800 oo
For Police 6,500 oo
For Public Entertainment 700 oo
For Public Grounds and Buildings 1 ,000 oo
For Public Health 2,000 oo
For Publicity 600 oo
For Deficit of 1919 4,500 oo
For Mountain Parks 500 oo
For Purchase Right of Way Mill Ditch 5 000 oo
For College Avenue Parking, Maintenance 1,000 oo
For Tree Survey 500 oo
For Municipal Railway 31,000 oo
Total $$ 127$ 00 oo
And the revenue derived from water rentals for
said fiscal year is divided as follows, and no portion of the
revenue so derived shall be appropriated to any other fund
For Water Bond Interest $10 575 oo
For Water Bond Sinkingg Fund,
2nd series ($75,000 oo) 5,000 oo
For Water Works Maintenance and Salaries 16,000 oo
For Water Works Emergency Fund 7,000 oo
To`al $38 575 oo
The balance, if any of revenue from water
rentals shall be applied toward paying interest bearing
warrants,filter emergency and any balance remaining shall be
applied toward tie redemption of the Second Series $75,000
issue of Water Bonds of said City
Section 2 That for the purpose of providing
the necessary funds for meeting the appropriations set forth
in Section 1 of this Ordinance, the following levies be and
are hereby made upon each dollar of the assessed valuation of
all taxable property within the corporate limits of the City
of For` Collins, the same being the amount necessary to provide
for the payment of the foregoirg appropriations and to meet the
payment thereof during the fiscal year ending December 31st ,
1920 of all properly authorized demands upon the City Treasurer,

to the Board of County Commissioners by the Commissioner of
