l'S13EREA.S, Since the adoption of the annual appropriation ordinance
fc: the fiscal year ending Dec,mber 31, 1925, an emergency and unforeseen
contingency has arisen, whereby it has become and is necessary to purchase
a Liberty Truck fcr use on the streets of the City of Fort Collins, and the
public necessity requires an additional appropriation of public funds therefor,
therefore:

Section 1. That there i appropriated out of the
gsn,�ral revenues of the City of Fort Collins for the years 1926 the sum of
Fifteen Hundred ($1500.00) Dollars to be used for the purchase of a Liberty
Truck for use on the streets of the City of Fort Collins, which said sum,
when this ordinance takes efrect, shall be credited on the books of the City
Clerk and City Tr--asurer to the Liberty Truck Fund, and registar,l six (6%)
per cant warrants of the City sti:all be issued to cover said amount.
Section 2. In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists
for the preservation of the public health, peace and safety, and this ordinance
shall take eff3ct upon its passage and publication, under and by virtue of the
authority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter.

rsgal�rAt eting of the City Council hold on the P?0 T day of July, A. D.
1925, and was duly adopted and ordered published in the Fort Collins Express-
Courier, a daily newspaper and the official newspaper of the City of Fort
Collins, by the unanimous vote of all members of the Co•.ncil, as an
emergency Ordinance, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 6 and 7
of Article IV of the City Cbarter; and thereafter, onto-tit: the .2 28ay of
July, A. D. 1925, said Ordinance No. I-Y— was duly published in the Fort
Collins Express-Co:xier, a daily newspaper published in the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado.
