BEING All EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AX2TjDI1VG SECTI(7d 180 OF PART XXIII OF THE
BUILDING CODE, RELATING TO ?LECTRIC WIRING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE; CITY COTT.1CIL OF TH CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That Section 180 of Part )M II of the Building Code,
relating to electric wiring, be and the same is he-sby amended to read as ,
follows:
"Section 180. FP -S FOR 7"RIMIT9 A?TD INSPMCTION.
The fees for the inspection of the wiring or equipment of
any building or of any electrical apparatus to be paid to the City Clerk
by the owner, agent, or parson in control thereof, for the use of said City,
shall be as follows:
Permits for all electrical work except electric signs and
electric fixtures .. .. ... .. ... . ..
Wiring for incandescent lighting, ffo�or'' one outlet .. . ... ....... ...$ .25 a .

For inspection of all electrical apparatus or equipment for which no fee is
herein specifically prescribed, the charga,for inspection shall be $1.00 plus
not to exceed 75 cents per hour for the time actually consumed by each inspector
engaged in making the test or inspection."
Section 2. All oriinances and parts of ordinancs in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Ssotion 3. In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists
for the pr=ssrvation of the public health, peace and safety, and this ordinance
shall take effect upon its passage and publication under and by virtue of the
authority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter.
Introduced, read atlangth and adopted by the unanimous vote of all
the r^ambers of the City Council, this 13th day of March, A. D. 1926.
