BEING "THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE" AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO
THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1ST,
1927 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31ST, 1927, AND FIXING THE MILL LEVIES FOR
SAID FISCAL YEAR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That there be and is hereby appropriated out
of the revenues of the City of Fort Collins for the fiscal year
beginning January 1, 1927 and ending December 31, 1927, the sum of
Three Hundred tw -two thousand six hundred four and 46/100 ($322,604 46)
Dollars, to be raised by taxation and otherwise, which said sum is
hereby divided and appropriated for the following purposes, to-wit

Section 2 That for the purpose of providing necessary
funds for meeting the appropriations set forth in Section 1 of this
ordinance, the following levies be and are hereby made upon each dollar
of the assessed valuation of all taxable property within the corporate
limits of the City of Fort Collins, the same being the amount necessary,
together with estimated miscellaneous receipts, to provide for the pay-
ment of the foregoing appropriations and to meet the payment during the
fiscal year ending December 31st, 1927, of all properly authorized
demands upon the City Treasurer, to-wit
Local Improvement Districts 1 36 mills
Municipal R W Bonds Sinking Fund 46 mills
Municipal R W Interest Sinking 40 mills
General Expense 12 78 mills
being a total of 15 00 mills, which levies shall be certified to the
County Assessor, and to the Board of County Commissioners, of Larimer
County, Colorado, by the Commissioner of Safety and Ex-Officio Mayor
and the City Clerk, as provided by law

I, A J ROSENOW, City Clerk of the Cit3 of Fort Collins,
do hereby certify and declare that the foregoing ordinance, con-
sisting of two (2) sections, was duly proposed and read at length
at a regular adjourned meeting of the City Council held on the 27th
day of October, A D 1926, and was duly ordered by aye and nay vote
to be published once in full in the Fort Collins Express-Courier, a
daily newspaper of the City of Fort Collins, in accordance with the
provisions of Section 7 of Article IV of the City Charter, that
thereafter, and on, to-wit the /c3 A& day of November, A D 1926,
at a regular meeting of the City Council, the said ordinance came
before said Council upon its final passage, a period of more than ten
days having elapsed since its publication as above set forth, and that
said ordinance was upon second reading adopted as an ordinance, and
thereafter and on, to-wit the Alb 10-4 day of November, A D 1926s
said Ordinance No a2 as finally passed and adopted, was duly
published in the Fort Collins Express-Courier, a daily newspaper
published in said City of Fort Collins, Colorado
